Learning and Student Support Facilities

The campus supports classroom learning with computer education, reading resources, sports, hostel care, and safe drinking water.

Computer Center

Technology has become an integral part of modern life, and early exposure to computer education is essential for students. At B.V. Subbaiah High School, computer education is introduced from the lower primary level to build strong digital literacy from an early age.

Computer classes are conducted regularly to enhance students’ understanding and practical knowledge. The computer laboratory is equipped with modern, high-end systems and maintains an ideal student-to-computer ratio of 1:1 for effective hands-on learning.

Library

The school believes that overall student development is fostered through reading. A dedicated library period is included in the regular timetable to encourage this habit.

The library houses a rich and diverse collection of books covering various subjects and interests. It also includes magazines, periodicals, daily newspapers, and over 3,000 reference books for different age groups.

Sports

Sports give students a healthy break from academics and help develop teamwork, discipline, leadership, and life skills.

The school has a spacious 7-acre playground where students participate in Volleyball, Kabaddi, Baseball, and other outdoor activities. Under the guidance of a qualified Physical Director, students take part in daily physical exercise for one hour.

Hostel

The school hostel provides wholesome, hygienic, and nutritious meals served on time and in adequate quantities. Management, staff, and administrative officials share meals with students to ensure quality standards.

Students are trained in dining etiquette, eating together, sharing, and avoiding food wastage in the common dining hall. A mineral water plant supplies safe and purified drinking water to hostel students.
